The Way We Use Technology Matters

Helping families strengthen relationships and use tech with intention

What We Do

Intentional With Tech empowers parents & youth by educating and providing resources that strengthen relationships and facilitate the intentional use of technology—resulting in happy, healthy, resilient youth, and stronger family relations.

Why This Matters

Research shows that screen time can affect brain development, physical health, and mental health. Children get one childhood. Now is the time to get educated, collaborate as a family, and become intentional about when, where, and for how long we choose to use screens.

Did You Know?

  • 53% of children own a smartphone by age 11.

  • On average, children 10 to 16 yrs old now spend 12.6 minutes/day on vigorous outdoor activity.

  • Among youth and young adults (15-34 yrs old), suicide is the second leading cause of death.

  • 1 in every 7.5 teens (age 13-17) reported seeing pornography before age 10.

  • 1 in 3 teens have seen non-consensually shared nudes.

  • One out of seven 9-12 yr olds shared their own nude image in 2020.
